Imtech Inviron adds to its FM portfolio
Facilities-management provider Imtech Inviron has won the contract for two new London buildings, Zig Zag and Kings Gate — both pictured. The contract was awarded by Land Securities on the basis of Imtech Inviron’s proven track record of providing a ‘soft landing’ in the transition from build completion to occupancy.
The contract is for the management and maintenance of the technical services at the 31 700 m2 site, which provides retail, residential and commercial offerings in the Victoria area.
Zig Zag is a 17 500 m2 office building over 12 floors. Kings Gate is a 14-storey building comprising 99 luxury residential apartments.
