BG Energy Solutions service aims to maximise BMS capabilities

BG Energy Solutions has launched a service to help businesses reduce their HVAC running costs by up to 24% by maximising the potential of their building-management systems. This auditing service is designed to help business owners and maintenance teams gain expert advice on an area of building management that is often misunderstood.

The technical nature of BMS management means it is a tricky business for business owners to understand how they can ensure their system are gaining optimal performance.

The energy health check service is designed to provide a detailed analysis of the controls strategy, report on HVAC plant condition and give cost recommendations — including payback calculations. The service is guaranteed to identify ‘no- and low-cost ‘ saving in excess of its cost. Charges start at £895 plus VAT.
