FDS delivers smoke ventilation for London residential development

Fire Design Solutions (FDS) is designing, supplying and installing smoke-ventilation system for the riverside Marine Wharf development in Deptford, London. The FDS team initially carried out an appraisal of the 3-core blocks before installing mechanical smoke ventilation and car-park ventilation systems.

The development comprises apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, lower-ground parking and a Tesco Express store.

FDS was engaged by mechanical engineer LKF.
