Kamco descaling pump

Kamco’s Scalebreaker C210 tank-mounted descaling pump is designed to increase safety by keeping descaling chemicals enclosed at all times within the tank, hoses or equipment being descaled. Applications include the chemical cleaning of calorifiers, boilers, plate heat exchangers and cooling circuits.

The unit has a 125 l tank and integral vertically mounted acid-resistant pump. It comes with flow and return hoses, which have 1 in BSP threaded couplings for connection to the plant being cleaned.

Flow rate is up to 170 l/min with a 24 m head, which gives faster and more effective cleaning.

Applications include cleaning calorifiers to remove scale and debris, acid washing packaged boilers and descaling large plate and tube heat exchangers without the need for dismantling.

The C210 will also handle biocides and chlorine solutions, so it can be used to sterilise pipework and water-supply systems.

It weighs only 29 kg, without hoses.
