Diffusion has been specified to supply 70 high-efficiency Eco fan-coil units to the new headquarters of Ben Ainslie Racing. The Eco Highline 270 fan coil can achieve a specific fan power of less than 0.2 W/l/s at a typical NR35 noise rating and airflow selections with no increase in unit size or cost over the company’s standard ECDC 270 mm-deep range of fan-coil units.

This headquarters will become the focal point for the design, construction and development of the team’s boats. It will also provide facilities for sports science and fitness, as well as a centre for visitors and hospitality.

In accordance with the team’s sustainability goals, monitored and supported by 11th Hour Racing Inc., the base will be built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.
