Adexsi makes two more acquisitions in Europe

Adexsi Group has continued its expansion with two more acquisitions — making it one of Europe’s larges companies specialising in smoke exhaust, fire safety and natural ventilation. Annual turnover is now nearly €150 million. The group, which is based in France, has bought SIH and Eternit Flachdach to add to its portfolio of specialist companies, that includes Hexadome, Boullet, Souchier, SIA and Langethermo.

Rob Davies, UK technical director, said, ‘By continuing to add specialist products and design expertise, the group is opening up all sorts of new markets to us. Increasingly, building specifiers need access to a range of solutions to meet client aspirations and deliver every-higher standards of low-energy performance and comfort.’
