Wieland adds to the Gesis Flex range

Wieland has expanded its Gesis Flex room-automation system with the addition of a series of new modules and functions. In addition, the KNX basic modules have seen their basic functions expanded. The new modules can control fan-coil units and automate blinds.

Fan-coil KNX actuators for room-climate applications are now available. The existing basic module could control a 3-speed fan and heating/cooling valve; it can now be supplemented with an expansion module to control an additional valve and auxiliary heating and incorporate a binary input and temperature sensor.

The compact Gesis Flex system for decentralised room automation is based on KNX. The modularity and connectivity of the system enables flexible and future-oriented installations.
