Energy-efficient boilers for larger heating systems

Unimat
The Unimat range of boilers from Controlled Flame Boilers offers outputs from 350 to 19 200 kW.
The Unimat range of commercial boilers from Controlled Flame Boilers is designed to provide energy-efficient solutions for larger heating projects. PM5 safety requirements are included as standard items. These 3-pass boilers have outputs from 350 to 19 200 kW and achieve an efficiency of up to 95% without secondary heat-transfer surfaces. The design of the Unimat can fully exploit the burner control range to reduce switching frequency and boiler cooling. To reduce radiation losses, the casing is covered with 100 mm of high-specification thermal insulation. Where required, Controlled Flame Boilers can supply a fully installed plant room comprising boiler, pipework, electrical and ancillary items.
