Inverter drives offer tailored solutions

Inverter drives from Lenze can be tailored to suit the application.
Lenze’s L-force 8400 range of frequency inverters is a modular range of tailored drive solutions that enables the customer to select the required set of features and functionality. Initially available as single-phase models up to 2.2 kW and 3-phase up to 11 kW, higher-power versions are to be added. The module approach covers three designs The Baseline is the entry-level model and is applicable to drive tasks with steady movement, such as pumps and fans. The StateLine is suited to drive applications with and without feedback and can be used for applications requiring networking across the bus systems. The HighLine version includes software for positioning and fixing. All three versions have the same dimensions and fixings to aid panel design. A pluggable memory module holds all the parameter settings and allows offline programming and easy software updates — so exchanging an inverter is a simple task. They can be operated at 45°C without derating.
