Kamco achieves Quantum leap in the power flushing of heating systems

Power flushing — Kamco’s new power flusher has an 80% higher flow rate.

Kamflo’s CF90 Quantum power flusher has an 80% higher flow rate that the existing CF30 pump, while keeping a compact design. The unit is easy to manoeuvre, with an extended handle and large-diameter wheels. High rates of flow are the key to the successful flushing of heating systems, and the Quantum is said to have a flow rate double that of most options on the market — removing more debris from a system in less time. The efficiency of most flushing chemicals increases with temperature, and the CF90 can operate at 75°C. Deposits of sludge and corrosion are dislodged by high-velocity water, the direction of which can be reversed instantaneously to create turbulence in radiators. Fresh water is then driven through the system to purge the debris to waste. Progress can be seen through the translucent tank and clear hoses. The C90 comes with a full set of hoses, starter pack of chemicals, comprehensive manual and a free training place at Kamco’s training centre in St Albans.
