Briggs & Forrester wins Milton Keynes fit-out contract

Building-services contractor Briggs & Forrester has been awarded a £1 million fit-out contract by Marriott Construction on behalf of client Delloite & Touch in Milton Keynes. The fit-out is part of the Pinnacle Project, a 23 000 m2 development due to be completed in June 2009. The building is serviced from the Milton Keynes CHP infrastructure and will achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating.
