Inviron helps Gatwick Airport prepare for larger aircraft

Inviron is carrying out work at Gatwick Airport in preparation for larger aircraft such as the A380.

Inviron has been awarded the contract to provide the M&E systems required to accommodate larger aircraft such as the Airbus A380 at Gatwick Airport. The work is associated with the provision of six more aircraft stands, new roads and water settlement ponds in the north-west zone of the airport.

The Inviron team will install the airfield ground lighting, new signage and associated electrical equipment for the project. The team will also install the pumping facilities and equipment kiosk MCC fit-out required, which will collect run-off water for processing before it is discharged to the local River Mole.
