Samsung opens showcase for air-conditioning
Samsung has opened a dedicated air-conditioning technical centre at its UK and European headquarters at Chertsey in Surrey. The centre offers training and installation support across the full range of Samsung Digital Air Solutions. It is also a showcase for Samsung products and a venue for training sales staff, installers and engineering.
The centre will host training sessions for system designers and specifiers on DVM Pro software, which facilitates the development of optimum system designs and calculation of requirements. It also consolidates Samsung’s local technical backup, so problems encountered by designers, installers or service engineers can be replicated, understood and resolved quickly.
Simon Rowe, air-conditioning director with Samsung Europe, said, ‘Samsung has developed a brilliant range of Digital Air Solutions, with a system to suit every need from single splits to large VRF-type installations. The technical centre enables users to demonstrate current and future models in a single environment, with all the backup that the air-conditioning industry needs.’
