Briggs & Forrester has completed the £5.7 million services installation for a residential development for British Land. One Osnaburgh Street at Regents Place in London was designed by Terry Farrell & Partners and offers high-quality residential apartments, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom apartments.

Working with construction manager Bovis Lend Lease, Briggs & Forrester installed M&E services — including, LTHW, CTW and domestic pipework, fire-fighting shafts in the risers, car park ventilation, small-power distribution, lighting, access control and CHP — assisting the development to achieve a ‘Very good’ ECO homes rating.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
