Briggs & Forrester was responsible for the design, development, installation and commissioning of the MEPH building services for this high-quality office development of over 7300 m2 in the City of London. 1 Bartholomew Lane is set out over 13 floors. It is based on a retained listed external facade over the lower six floors with a new facade for the higher floors.

The offices are finished to a Category A standard, based on a fully flexible air-conditioned environment. The building is designed to achieve a ‘Very good’ BREEAM rating. Services include sustainable and renewable-energy options.
