Inviron wins West Midlands maintenance contract

The landmark Number One Hagley Road in Birmingham is one of a range of buildings across the West Midlands which Inviron is responsible for maintaining.

Inviron has been appointed by NB Entrust Property Management as its technical-services partner at 19 sites across the West Midlands. The contract involves planned preventive and reactive maintenance at four major office buildings. They include the 18-storey Number One Hagley Road in Birmingham city centre and at 15 retail and industrial sites across the region.

Scott Reynolds, Inviron contract manager, says, ‘We’re really pleased to have been appointed to maintain these properties across the West Midlands. NB Entrust has an excellent reputation in property management, and the buildings that they oversee are some of the most prestigious.’
