Harley Street dental practice makes appointment with Samsung

Samsung, VRF, air conditioning
The visible face of the Samsung DVM VRF air-conditioning system in a Harley Street dental practice is Neo Forte indoor units.

One of London’s top dental practices in Harley Street has chosen Samsung Neo Forte air-conditioning units in a DVM VRF system as part of a full building refurbishment. The historic nature of the building and its prestigious location presented contractor Cascade Systems of Harlow with some interesting challenges. For example, installing the outdoor unit on the roof required manoeuvring it through a second-floor window measuring 800 x 1200 mm. That feature was achieved by stripping the unit down to its bare components before rebuilding it where it would not be visible from the road.

The DVM Plus III outdoor unit drives 11 stylish indoor wall-mounted Neo Forte units. They were supplied by Logicool Air Conditioning.

Ian Vickers, managing director of Cascade Systems, says, ‘We enjoyed the technical backup from Logicool and Samsung, especially when they came to site to meet with our engineers. Logicool in particular were extremely helpful with advice and assistance on the strip down and rebuilding of the condensing unit.’
