A first installation for Reznor condensing air heaters

Reznor, space heating, condensing air heater
This Pitney Bowes mailing hub is the first application of Reznor condensing gas-fired heaters.

The first installation of Reznor’s UESA condensing gas-fired heaters is in Pitney Bowes’ hub for international mail services at Hayes, Middlesex. The installation comprises 12 heaters with an efficiency of 104%, even at full output. Their payback from lower energy use can be as low as two to four years.

The heat exchanger is designed to offer minimal resistance to airflow — giving longer throws, improved air distribution and reduced temperature gradients, all of which help to reduce energy consumption.

These heaters are available in four sizes with heat outputs from 35 to 102 kW. They can use natural gas or propane.
