Smith’s Environmental Products has achieved ISO 9001:2008 quality-assurance certification following assessment by an independent organisation. The assessment was carried out by Bill Dickinson for Certified Quality Systems.

Gary Webster, managing director of Smith’s, (pictured) said, ‘The ISO 9001 standard recognises the quality of our products and our manufacturing process. It also reflects the monitoring of all our fan convectors from sales to dispatch, as well as staffing skills at all levels of the business.’
