Briggs & Forrester reports million-pound-plus projects

Building-services contractor Briggs & Forrester has reported six new contracts in the south east of England worth a total of £12.3 million. They are for the installation of M&E and public-health services. The largest contract is for an extension to Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal, worth £4.3 million and scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2011.

There is also a £2.4 million contract to convert the Grade 2 listed Hippodrome building in London’s Leicester Square into a premier leisure casino, dining and entertainment venue.

Worth £1.2 million is a control to provide a prestigious new commercial office and single residential apartment at 233 Shaftesbury Avenue in London.
