Dalkia works to deliver energy efficiency to healthcare

Dalkia

Dalkia has secured a 3-year extension to its contract with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust following 10 years of service. The company operates and maintains steam boiler plant at Selly Oak Hospital. Under the new contract Dalkia will design and install new gas-fired plant to introduce further energy efficiencies for the hospital.

Dalkia will decommission the existing hot-water and heating plant and design and install gas-fired boilers, followed by ongoing operation and maintenance of the plant. The gas-fired boiler plant and associated pipework will be designed and constructed by Dalkia.
