A more comfortable and energy-efficient environment for this M&S Simply Food store is provided by a system designed and installed by Weatherite Building Services.

Environmental conditions for customers of Marks & Spencer’s Simply Food store in Derby have been improved by a new air-conditioning system designed and installed by Weatherite Building Services. Mitsubishi equipment installed includes an energy-efficient heat-pump ducted system to provide better airflow around the cold-aisle area. Existing ductwork in the rest of the store was also modified to provide better airflow.

From extensive experience in the retail sector, Weatherite ensured that the project was carried out without any disruption to trading and within the agreed timescales.

Martin Thomas, sales director of WBS, comments, ‘The Weatherite Group has a long and successful relationship with M&S and has always worked with them to provide the best possible solution.
