Yorkshire Building Society awards GSH contract for all its buildings

GSH, FM

Facilities and energy-management company GSH Group has been awarded a 5-year contract by Yorkshire Building Society to manage the entire estate, the first time YBS has opted for a single supplier. GSH is responsible for providing technical services for over 250 properties. They include all retail and office buildings and four business-critical data centres.

Clive Clarke, managing director at GSH, UK & Ireland, said, ‘We worked hard to ensure that we fully understood the requirements of YBS, and we were therefore able to develop our solution to fit their bespoke requirements. This prestigious contract win demonstrates that we are still industry leaders within the financial sector with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high levels of efficiency, while driving up standards.’
