Adey accelerates chemical dosing with Rapide

Adey, water treatment, flushing, space heating

Adey now offers its MC1+ Rapide Protector and MC3+ Rapide Cleaner for heating systems as a fast and easy-to-use aerosol. This method enables a heating system to be doses in as little as 20 s against normal system pressure.

MC1+ Rapide Protector is an inhibitor that prevents system corrosion and scale. MC3+ Rapide Cleaner is a rapidly performing cleaner designed to remove system sludge, debris and scale. Both products help to reduce heating and maintenance bills and are suitable for all heating systems.

Dr Neil Watson, Adey’s technical director, explains, ‘Our latest Rapide chemicals give installers the ability to instantly dose a customer’s system without the need for partial drain down. This is really advantageous for systems that on diagnosis need a MagnaCleanse, as the installer can add MC3+ Rapide Cleaner straight away and make an appointment to come back and flush it out at a later date.

Rapide chemicals are fast, strong and simple to dose. They can treat systems of up to 125 l.
