SPIE installs services for luxury apartments

SPIE has competed the mechanical services, including air conditioning for luxury apartments in these two Victorian building in Knightsbridge in London. The work was completed at two contracts with a total value of £1.5 million. The average selling price for the apartments was over £1 million.

Challenges for the project included preserving the ornate ceilings and navigating tight special conditions. In response, SPIE tailored system selections to fit the period style and distinctive design of the structure.
