BSRIA develops guide to ventilation

BSRIA’s latest guide ‘Illustrated guide to ventilation BG 2/2009’ covers all forms of ventilation from simple opening windows to mechanical ventilation systems with complex heat-recovery systems.

It aims to help clients and designers understand the basics of ventilation and the various methods by which buildings can be effectively ventilated. It also covers the entire ventilation system — from the point of entry into a building, the transport of air around it, the point of entry into the occupied space and methods of extracting the air.
