Four Seasons Group continues acquisitions trail

Four Seasons Group has continued its expansion trail with the acquisition of Lincoln Green BMS, following the acquisition of Berkley Controls in April.

Stuart Lawrie, CEO of Four Seasons Group, says, ‘I am delighted to announce the acquisition of Lincoln Green BMS and welcome its managing director Richard Slater and his team into the Four Seasons Group.

‘LGBMS is a successful controls and energy-management business which generates annual revenues in excess of £1 million.’

A recent LGBMS project includes the installation of a Trend BMS for the Garrick Theatre in Lichfield, which has won numerous design awards.
