New branch becomes national distributor’s largest and greenest

Wolseley, Pipe Centre, Climate Centre, distributor

Wolseley’s new-format Pipe Center and Climate Center in West Bromwich is the largest single outlet of the Pipe Center and Climate Center network of 111 branches — and also the greenest. The 3020 m2 branch just off J1 of the M5 makes use of the latest sustainable and high-performance products throughout its construction, chosen from across the company’s range. Energy use is expected to be reduced by some 65% compared to the previous building.
