Tinytag Energy Logger makes it easy to monitor power usage

Energy Logger, Gemini Data Logger, controls, BMS, BEMS

Gemini Data Loggers, manufacturer of the Tinytag range, has developed the Energy Logger non-invasive tool for the monitoring the power usage of individual devices and complete premises/installations. It is described as providing the level of performance required by experts with the simplicity of use required by energy-management novices. It is suitable for assessing the energy efficiency of single- and 3-phase power supplies. The device can be used for spot checks or long-term data logging.

It is configured with Tinytag Explorer software for the clear viewing and management of data and does not require user training.

Flexible coils are used to monitor the current in each phase of a 3-phase supply. Voltage information is obtained from a 13 A wall socket.

As well as energy usage, the Energy Logger can also provide power-factor data.

By providing straightforward, detailed and accurate assessment of energy usage, Energy Logger makes it possible to identify how to improve performance.
