Weatherite replaces R22 system for M&S

As part of Marks & Spencer’s on-going R22 refurbishment programme, Weatherite Building Services has designed and installed a new air-conditioning system for the Carmarthen store. The project involved replacing the chiller and other equipment.

As part of the contract, Weatherite removed the existing roof-top chillers and air-handling unit and replaced them with new Mitsubishi air-conditioning equipment and AHUs made by Weatherite Manufacturing. Internal chilled-water unit were replaced with new DX units.
