JS Wright wins further housing regeneration

JS Wright has won another housing regeneration contract in London, Worth £600 000 and awarded by Rydon, the 12-month project is part of the phase-2 redevelopment of the Durand Close Estate in Carshalton for Affinity Sutton. It involves installing hot- and cold-water systems, heating-distribution units and sanitaryware in new houses and apartments.

The £83 million revamp of this estate is progressing in a number of stages and will result in 474 new homes, 214 of which will be affordable.

Marcus Aniol, managing director of JS Wright, says, ‘We are delighted that our successful completion of the first phase of the regeneration of the Duran Close Estate has led to Rydon awarding us the contract for the first state of phase two.’
