JS Wright launches foremen’s academy

JS Wright

Building-services provider JS Wright has launched its own foremen’s academy with management training experts Dale Carnegie. The photo shows the first eight academy members at the launch of the initiative, which aims to boost the leadership, team building and communication skills of the company’s foremen.

The foremen’s academy builds on the success of the company’s academy for apprentices by enabling young newly appointed site supervisors to cope with the increasing demands of managing a work site.

Managing director Marcus Aniol says, ‘Our new foremen’s academy reinforces our commitment to have the best-trained workforce in the industry.’
