JS Wright wins new housing contracts

JS Wright

Building-services provider JS Wright has secured contracts worth £2.5 million with Rydon Group to deliver high-quality affordable and supported accommodation in London and the south east of England. The design-and-build package involves fitting out apartments with one and two bedrooms for Thames Valley Housing Association in Horley.

The project includes a centralised plant room serving heating interface units in each apartment and a boosted cold-water distribution system.

The company will also be plumbing kitchens and bathrooms and providing domestic hot and cold water service, above-ground drainage and sanitary ware.

The £11.3 million development reaches six storeys at its highest point. Work is scheduled to start on site in November 2013, with completion in February 2015.
