JS Wright secures residential services contract in Barnet

Building-services provider JS Wright’s contract for fitting out 78 new apartments in Barnet includes CHP to deliver heat to individual apartments via heat interface units; services will also include heat-recovery ventilation and underfloor heating. Awarded by Galliford Try Partnership, the contract is worth around £1.8 million.

The development will include 14 affordable apartments, four shared ownership and 60 private apartments. There will also be two commercial units, a marketing site, gym and basement car park.

The company will also equip the building with domestic hot- and cold-water services, above-ground drainage and sanitary ware.

All the services and systems, including comfort cooling, will be controlled by a building-management system.
