Mikrofill supports CHP and solar installation

Mikrofill, boiler, space heating

As part of the CHP-based system and solar-thermal installation for updating heating and hot water at Rydale Swimming Pool in Pickering, Mikrofill has supplied boilers and energy-efficient hot-water cylinders.

Equipment installed by H. Pickup Mechanical & Electrical services of Scarborough includes two floor-standing boilers with a combined output of 700 kW and turndown to 35 kW. These boilers also supply two Extreme hot-water loading systems to produce up to 2370 l/h at 60°C while keeping the boilers in condensing mode.
