Four Seasons acquires controls company

Four Seasons Group has acquired Berkeley Controls Group for an undisclosed sum. Four Seasons specialises in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning services, and the acquisition of BCG enables the company to offer clients the ability to reduce energy bills and comply with growing carbon-reduction legislation. BCG will add £4 million of revenue, resulting in a combined pro-forma revenue for the group in excess of £30 million.

Stewart Lawrie, CEO, said, ‘The acquisition allows the group to expand our range of services beyond installation and maintenance and into the energy-management field.’
