Contractor reports biggest-ever job

JS Wright, contractor

Building-services contractor JS Wright has reported its biggest-ever deal — a £10 million-plus commission to equip over 400 new homes in one of the biggest regeneration schemes in east London. It is one of a series of contracts with a total value of over £18 million that Galliard Homes has awarded the company for Indescon Court at Millharbour.

JS Wright will provide mechanical services to 423 private apartments in four blocks, including a 32-storey building, at the £100 million development. The contract includes the installation of heat-interface units in each apartment and 4-pipe fan-coil units with associated controls in three of the blocks.
