JS Wright to fit out major housing development

JS Wright, contractor

Building-services provider JS Wright has secured a £7 million-plus contract to regenerate a former industrial district of north London into a residential community. The company will fit out 252 new homes, including 82 affordable homes, at the London Square Caledonian Road mixed-used development in Islington.

The company will supply and install an energy centre that includes CHP plant. Each apartment will have a heating interface unit to deliver hot-water heating and boosted cold water, as well as provide underfloor heating, dry risers and BMS controls throughout the scheme, which is being developed by London Square.
