Building-services team completes London to Brighton cycle run

JS Wright, contractor

Six JS Wright engineers working on a new high-rise housing development in Barnet, north London, have helped raise £1525 for the British Heart Foundation by completing this year’s 54-mile cycle run from London to Brighton. They were part of a 10-man team that also included two directors and a contract manager and Steve Cargill, a director of R&M Fittings, which also sponsored the cycling kit.

Contracts director Phil Leech said, ‘This was a fantastic effort by a team that included a number of cycling novices. Our thanks go to all the clients, suppliers and fellow staff and their families that sponsored us.’
