Biocide for commercial systems is fast acting
Sentinel Commercial’s Senticide 7500 is a biocide that is safe, long-lasting and simple to use. It is designed for commercial heating systems and closed-circuit cooling/chilling systems. Senticide 7500 acts as a biocide, algaecide and fungicide to eliminate troublesome microbes, thereby removing and protecting against problems such as blockages, bad odours, slimes and bacterial-induced corrosion.
Correct treatment with Senticide 7500 and Sentinel X100 inhibitor can fully treat a commercial system and kill harmful bacteria in as little as two days. Long-term protection is provided thereafter.
A system with a high aerobic-bacteria count of around 800 000 CFU/ml would be reduced to a count of less than 10 000 CFU/ml after just 48 h. According to BSRIA, 10 000 CFU/ml is the threshold for acceptable water quality in closed heating systems.
Senticide 7500 comes in 20 l drums. The typical dose rate is 1% by volume.
