Titon whole-house ventilation helps housing achieve Code Level 3
Compact but highly efficient whole-house ventilation for these new homes in Liverpool is provided by Titon units.
Titon’s HRV1 Q Plus whole-house ventilation system is helping housing on a development in Liverpool comply with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. These units have a heat-recovery efficiency of up to 91% and have been installed in 164 houses and bungalows in a Bellway development of private and affordable housing in Edge Hill. Titon also supply all the ventilation ducting for the development.
These units have been independently tested by the BRE and are EST best-practice compliant. They measure just 600 x 430 x 285 mm and can serve properties with a kitchen and up to five additional wet rooms.
